"A Mother’s Love"
LWML Atlantic District Triune Zone Divine Service
May 4, 2024
The League Pledge
In fervent gratitude for the Savior's dying love and His blood-bought gift of redemption we dedicate ourselves to Him with all that we are and have; and in obedience to His call for workers in the harvest fields, we pledge Him our willing service wherever and whenever He has need of us. We consecrate to our Savior our hands to work for Him, our feet to go on His errands, our voice to sing His praises, our lips to proclaim His redeeming love, our silver and our gold to extend His Kingdom, our will to do His will, and every power of our life to the great task of bringing the lost and the erring into eternal fellowship with Him. Amen.
Good evening sisters,
It was indeed wonderful to see all of you at St. John's on Saturday.
A heartfelt thanks and appreciation to the entire team at St. John's for hosting the Triune zone event. We appreciate every moment from the time we enter through the doors. I was so touched by all that was provided for the entire event. Nothing has gone unnoticed. So, thankful for your loving hospitality, and kindness with all the handcrafted gifts. So thoughtful and sweet. Oh, and the food was soooo.... delicious. What a spread!!! And Pastor Bagnall cooked too. Wow!!!
It was a welcoming sight to have Alexandria and Yvonne at the registration desk. So happy to have the young women involved.
We were blessed and enriched from the opening worship service, as we contemplated on Pastor Bagnall's sermon on a mother's love and Jesus' unconditional love for us.
The music played by your organist, Thomas, was so soothing. We keep Thomas in prayers during this time of his treatment. May almighty God strengthen him, as he blesses us all through his musical gift. Amen.
We are also thankful for Arlene Rutuelo for her presentation to us on all that the Pregnancy Care Center provides for young women in the community. It is so good to know that young women have somewhere and someone to turn to when the need arises, and especially to know that they are not alone.
Once again, thank you all very much.
To God be the Glory!
In His service,
